The transformers supplied under this order feature a radial feed design, which is different from loop feed types. Radial transformers are simpler and more economical, making them the ideal choice for branch lines and end‑point distribution where high reliability is not required through redundant paths. This matches the typical application needs of many U.S. utility and commercial projects.

On the high voltage side, we used porcelain bushings for excellent insulation, anti‑tracking performance, and long outdoor life. These bushings are further protected by an insulation board, which prevents accidental contact and enhances operator safety.

For overcurrent protection, the transformer is equipped with a side‑mounted, plug‑in fuse. This design allows for quick fuse replacement without opening the tank or using special tools – a feature highly appreciated by field crews.
